What types of mechanical switches do you offer?

We carry a wide variety of switches including linear, tactile, and clicky options from top brands like Cherry, Gateron, and Kailh, as well as boutique enthusiast-grade switches.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, UniKeys ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Can I return a customized keyboard?

Because custom-built keyboards are tailored to specific user preferences, we only accept returns on these items if they arrive defective or damaged. Standard components can be returned within 30 days.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For Group Buys or Pre-orders, please refer to the specific timeline listed on the product page.

Are your keycaps compatible with all mechanical keyboards?

Most of our keycap sets use the standard MX-style stem, which is compatible with the vast majority of mechanical switches. We recommend checking your keyboard's layout for non-standard bottom rows.
