Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your UniKeys account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
